PRIVACY POLICY and TERMS OF USE WOODPASSION RSK

This privacy policy governs your use of the software application Woodpassion RSK for mobile devices that was created by RSK Team. The Application it is a catalog of wooden jewelry presentation. You can find inside our jewels pictures and social networking where we share our jewels.

FIRST OF ALL:

1. You have no right to take/download  Woodpassion RSK application from Google Play Store or anywhere else and upload it somewhere else (i.e.: AppBrain, Aptoide, APKMirror, etc...) without the consent of RSK Team. If you want to use any content of Woodpassion RSK application, or application itself please contact us at woodpassionrsk@gmail.com  and You must ask our express permission!

You are NOT allowed to use any part of the Woodpassion RSK files, pictures (i.e: png,jpg...etc), scripts or proprietary ICE code.

If you get the permission when you use the files you MUST post proper link to this adress:  https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.stoianm.rskraluca.bob041079

Not respecting this simple rules will lead to reporting to appropriate authority.

Sharing is one thing, but please respect some areas of my work like:

• App name - "Woodpassion RSK".
• Graphics used in my app, especially head-banners and not only, designed exclusivity for me.
• Other parts of my work that are not supposed to be used by others without proper permission.

2. The  Woodpassion RSK application has been developed so as not to transmit the developer
or to third parties any data about your contacts or other sensitive data User.

3. The  RSK Team does not collect, does not keep for himself, does not disclose any user data.

4. The source code was developed in such a way that the developer does not access to sensitive data user, shall not retain, not keep to himself, does not transmit sensitive user data to third parties.
The developer does not know if  Third parties or the compiler, collect some user's data. For this reason, developer can’t offer no guarantees for Third parties or the compiler.

Non Personal Information:

Third parties or the compiler may collect non personal information or non-identifiable information (“Non-Personal Information“).

To put it simply, with respect to such Non Personal Information I have no idea what is the identity of the User from which Third Parties or the compiler have collected the Non-personal Information.

Non Personal Information collected by Third Parties or the compiler may include the following technical information:

*Type of operation system (e.g. Android, iOS, etc.)

*Screen resolution (e.g. 800x480, 1024x768, etc.)

*Language (e.g. English)

*Device Vendor (e.g. Galaxy, HTC, iPhone, etc.)

*Geo-location.

Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?

When you visit the mobile application, we may use GPS technology (or other similar technology) to determine your current location in order to determine the city you are located within and display a location map with relevant advertisements. We will not share your current location with other users or partners.

If you do not want us to use your location for the purposes set forth above, you should turn off the location services for the mobile application located in your account settings or in your mobile phone settings and/or within the mobile application.

Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application or by deselecting in „Settings”/”Setări”à”Messages Notifications”/”Mesaje de Notificare” or „Data Usage”/”Utilizarea datelor”  . You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace Google Play Store or network. 

Woodpassion RSK explicitly does NOT collect, store the following data:

• IP addresses visiting our application
• IP addresses upon service connection
• Any information about the application, services our users use while connected to our application.

Children

We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact third party services to whom he/she shared the information, we DO NOT request any kind of registration.

Changes

This Privacy Policy and Terms of Use may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy and informing you via cloud messages notifications, if you do not stop this service in settings of our application. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

By using the Application Woodpassion RSK, you are consenting to our processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy and Terms of Use now and as amended by us.
